Dorn Wenninger has spent over 30 years working with the world’s leading produce industry growers/shippers as well as leading produce for global retailers.

Most recently Dorn served as Sr VP of Produce for UNFI, America’s largest food wholesaler (NYSE: UNFI) where he led a team that bought and sold billions of dollars in produce servicing thousands of independent retailers. For 11 years Dorn was the senior lead of Produce for Walmart where he built and led Walmart’s Global Produce Sourcing team, and 5 years leading all of Fresh for Walmart Mexico’s 2,500 retail stores.

Prior to that, Dorn  worked with 2 major international produce suppliers: Chiquita Bananas and Driscoll’s Berries.

Sharon Rubin is an angel and impact investor who founded and managed investment companies in diverse fields and volunteers in developing the Israeli agtech community. She holds a BA in Economics from NYU and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. Sharon served as a senior analyst and portfolio manager at a deeptech and blockchain CVC NEM Ventures with AUM of $120 million until the fund’s internal exit, and previously at Israeli investment companies with AUM of approximately $30 million each, investing in diverse pre-seed and seed companies. Companies in Israel and abroad that she led due diligence on include advanced materials, robotics, industry 4.0, fintech, biotech, AI and more.
